I was quoted $ 600 for installed Hakkapeliita Nokian 5th Size185/65 R 14; Is this a good price? Comments on the tires. Good or bad? Is it worth spending $ 600 on these tires. The price of the tire shop said they were "above the line".

They are very good tires, but not better than the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 that sell the size tirerack for $ 77. You can order winter tires with rims for this price and offered a balanced and assembled to your door at that price.
