What is this lever on a car called? - hyundai oem parts

I open a 2004 Hyundai Elantra real lever on the floor of the car, the safe was broken. As in the plastic handle broke in two pieces. I would like to order the part, but I can not find what is said, or if you are in the catalog of OEM products.

1. This is NOT the root emergency was in the trunk.
2. I say go to the dealer and let them solve it is not a meaningful response.
